Recently I have had the pleasure of doing a lot of traveling around the western part of the US and I have found several things in common. More and more retail space is going dark or vacant. Office space is being offered at significant discounts for lease or purchase. Homeless people are more the norm than a occasional unpleasant distraction to one’s life and a reminder on how lucky you are.
