Interesting observations
Recently I have had the pleasure of doing a lot of traveling around the western part of the US and I have found several things in common. More and more retail space is going dark or vacant. Office space is being offered at significant discounts for lease or purchase. Homeless people are more the norm than a occasional unpleasant distraction to one’s life and a reminder on how lucky you are. Rising healthcare costs, flight of the truly rich to tax friendly states, do I need to go on?
I Levitra cheap know, I know this is all so obvious and takes no great leap in deductive reasoning skills but it is than a symptom of the ailing economy it is becoming the norm for the economy. The patient, known as the US economy, is getting sicker as we speak not better. People are urning for the days of wine and roses, the way it used to be. Wake up people this is the new normal. Right now I see people buying lower and selling higher which is and has been the american way. A good friend of mine, Kyle Kazan, always says don’t catch a falling knife. It is my opinion that is exactly what is happening. Green shoots no false starts it seems to me.
What I do and have always done as a real estate syndicator is look for the opportunities within the sectors. Low income C-class buildings, retail centers, senior living are but a few of the sectors which I have focused on at different times. Now my focus has shifted it is residential single family residences in the hardest hit areas. Don’t call me a vulture call me an opportunist. Not the federal goverment nor the state you live in nor your local government is going to help people out with these toxic assets. Here is another secret you will not be receiving a call from your mortgage broker or your lender to see how you are doing they have enough problems getting by on their own. Over the next days, weeks, months and years I intend to direct the normal people like you and I to information to light the way. It is always better to be “armed with the right information” as I say they to go into things blindly. I will just post, blog and direct you to timely, interesting and relevant information so you can make the informed decision for yourself.
Regards and happy investing,
Sean
